    It was known as Medifast but is now Optavia and I have to agree when I first started I always thought of Activia LOL

    I have a friend who is doing it and doing well. I have been on it for about 6 weeks and lost a bit but the soy in the products has caused my hashimotos disease to flare up really bad so I’m back on calorie counting. You will lose weight but be warned it’s only like 800 calories a day.
