I’ve always been fit and within a healthy weight range. For the past year, I’ve had uncontrollable hunger and have been binging quite frequently. I went up from 78 kg to 85 kg within this time frame and I can’t stop myself. Clothes don’t fit anymore and I don’t like the way I look and feel anymore. So after countless failed attempts, I’ve decided to use this app as a constant reminder of my calorie intake. Hopefully that should stop me from excessive eating. I wish everyone the best of luck with their journeys. My goal is to lose 5 kg (approximately 12 pounds) within 5 weeks.
