Hello -
My name is Lori & I have a little Italian Greyhound named Firecracker who was born July 4th (an "Iggy") who is helping me do the Map my walk!!!! If he knew it - he can clock 35mph with ease, so there are days when ee are going at a lretty fast clip. lol...

I used to be 136lbs at my highest but had a major surgery & then was caregiver to an elderly parent for a number of years. Got into comfort food with all of that & weigh 233lbs as of today, June 1st.

Getting tbe weight off is mandatory from my Dr's & since working with a Nutrtionalist - I lost 4 lbs last month - May 2028. :) I am allergic to carbs & it's doing a number on my liver. So, I'm learning how to do my meals - every day I get a little better.

I am an April baby so am determined to succeed.

    I’m aiming to lose 25 pounds(225 today) but never exercise/stagnant lifestyle and as of late worst diet of my life. I’m 31 from US. Started today, have a gym membership, but primarily I’ll be walking and dieting. Simplest question to start: how do I ‘add’ someone?
