I just lost all motivation & stopped logging in, I just made a new account & decided to start fresh. I lost 11 pounds going from 210 to 199, but recently got home from a vacation to california & looked at some of the pictures from the beach, and let me say..yikes! I was on a good track but just stopped-I am ready to go again, I can do this. The only thing I believe that will stop me is my friday nights. I like my beer, on fridays, I know I can give up the bad foods just my friday's but I am planning on excersicing my butt off!! Anyways I'm looking for some motivational partners-so feel free to add me! :)

    I just wanted to say welcome to MPL. I'm not new either but this time I've got 7 days of posting my food and exercise. That is a streak for me. I have some summer clothes from last year in the drawer that I can't even pull up. I am so motivated and I'm staying here. I told myself this time, I need help and I need to help others along the road of changing to a better lifestyle.
