Hi everyone,

I've just rejoined after 10 years of failed dieting... I'm 30 years old 5 ft 7 and 270lbs. I would love to get down to 160lbs.

This time I'm really motivated and I'm looking forward to start making positive changes to my life.

I'm really liking mfp and hope to find some like minded people to share the highs and lows with so please feel free to add me as a friend :)

  • Helloo, also from the UK- feel free to add me- and good luck!
  • Thanks all for the warm welcome!
  • I found this site last November year as a 30 year old myself who weighed 260 pounds and felt terrible. I'm down to 185 by logging what I eat every day and making good choices. Add in a little exercise and keep it going for a month and soon you'll discover it is much easier than you think to get to your goal. Don't beat yourself up if you make a bad choice just continue to log what you eat everyday and stick with it. You'll get there. Good luck!
