Need to lose 100lbs after having my baby. Looking for friends.

Hi, I had my baby 17 months ago and I now need to loose approx 100lbs.
If I'm good I hope to do this within a year by losing approx 2lb a week.
Would love to have friends in a similar position for mutual morale support.

    I have not had a baby though I started with 130 pounds to lose and am down to needing to lose just over 85 pounds.

    Be careful with losing 2 pounds per week. When we have a lot to lose, it isn't much of a problem, but as you start getting closer you will need to tighten that goal, especially if you are wanting to maintain muscle.

    Thanks Clobern80. I've lost a lot of weight before but put a lot of it back on so I'm going to be sensible. I'm still breastfeeding too so know not to cut back too much.

    Well done with your success so far, that's amazing!!

    I didn't just have a baby but I have about 100 lbs to lose. I have had children so I understand how hard it can be to lose that weight. I'd love to have mutual support too.
