    I’m Karen. Insanely busy Mum of three awesome kids. I work full time as a nurse in a high care needs nursing home. I try to lift relatively heavy weights three times a week (StrongLifts 5x5) I have a tendency to swear post random crap.

    @luckycharm9334 - if you are on the app, click on the picture of who you want to add, click on the next picture you see, then click on the icon with the two "head and shoulders" and you can add them.

    If you are on the PC, click on their picture, click on the picture that pops up and choose "Add as a Friend"

    Go to [FIND MEMBERS].
    Put their username in the "Username or Email" field and click search.
    Add as friend.
