Weightloss in month

Hey guys, I started working out in the beginning of this month. I need to lose weight cause I am going for vacation on 4th of July till 9th of July. Currently I am 76 kg, my height is 164kg. I am working out every day - I do 100 squats, 100 sit ups every day and other exercises. I am going to go on treadmill and I´ll do 1000 calories there every other day. I eat keto at the moment and mostly plant based. I mostly exercise with my own weight but I also do lift some weights. I also one last thing, go for walks with my dog for an hour a day.
Do you think it is possible to lose 6 kg until my vacation with everything I´m doing?
Thank you!
I am planning on maintaining this lifestyle on keto and also working out mostly every day after my vacation.

I don't think it's possible for someone your weight to lose 6 kg in 4 weeks.
To lose weight, you need a consistent calorie deficit.
You don't need to exercise or follow a specific diet to lose weight.1 -
its possibly doable, but not sensible.
if you go Keto you might initially drop 2kg in water weight in the 1st week leaving you with 4kg left ... now it is possible to drop 1kg a week on a big enough calorie deficit .. BUT ... big BUTTS .... at your weight and height its not going to be just fat you will lose, with an aggressive deficit you will be losing muscle, you will be losing cartilage, tendon and all the other bits in your body that it wont be able to repair and maintain due to the deficit needed.
In one month I dont think you will do permanent damage to yourself, but you will go on holiday looking like crap, what muscle you have will be depleted and reduced, you will be weak, and due to the fat:muscle loss ratio you will probably look worse than if you had just opted to try and lose half that weight
OH ..... and the second you eat carbs again the initial 2kg water loss will go straight back on2 -
Sounds like you have your diet and exercise spot on, sounds like your being really healthy and getting a lot of cardio in. I would just stick with what you are doing now because if you carry on you will absolutely get results. If you want to speed up your weight loss then maybe aim to find some fat burners tablets? They are really good for that.13

Sorry, but your goal is too aggressive and will likely lead to you feeling miserable and eating everything on your vacation, gaining it all back. At most you should be aiming for .5 kg a week.1

Are you new here?
OP, to lose 1kg of fat you need to make 7700cal deficit. So if you want to lose 1 kg a week that means 1100cal deficit per day. This is very difficult to sustain and not healthy. (ignore the above poster, 1100cal deficit a day at your weighy is very unhealthy)
Aim for 250-400 cal deficit per day.
At your weight and height to do 1000cal on a treadmill is unlikely correct.2
