Tips and support wanted!

Hello all
This is my first post. I have a huge amount of weight to lose, at least 150lbs, but trying not to think of that! I have spent my life failing at diets and trying fads and just got bigger and bigger. When the reality is I need to learn to eat properly and normal portions and try and find other outlets for my emotions rather than food!
So if anyone had any tips for someone who has read so much they do not know what normal eating is actually like now I would be greatful! Also anyone who would be able to give me some food ideas that would be great. And if anyone has a similar amount to lose or would like to share their diary etc with me I would be greatful of some company.

I had "only" 50 pounds to lose, but I too had to (re)learn how to eat. Google "what is normal eating". The first link should be from Ellyn Satter. Read that, and the hunt for food ideas should be over.1
