Cardiovascular & Weight Training

I noticed this application isn't logging calories for my weight training; only for Cardiovascular; I did an equal amount of time lifting weights, and that should burn more calories, but it didn't effect my calorie points, maybe, I have to create it custom. Any ideas?

Go under cardio and search for "strength training" it won't give you many calories but definitely some! The weight training section is really only for record keeping of reps and such.

Yes, as fitnessgirl said, you can log it under cardio > weight training. But, lifting usually burns significantly fewer calories than cardio and is hard to estimate so be cautious of the number and use real life results to adjust after a few weeks.1

log it under cardio.0

for weight training i log half or less, the cardio calories that would be calculated over the same workout time (depending on intensity rest between sets etc) hope that makes sense. edit... it can also depend on your goals weight gain or loss.0

I just log the activity and do not use any calorie burn for weight training so I don't throw off my calories allowed.0
