Time to get to work!

Ahhhh...Our true San Diego area weather is back!, and t's an ABSOFRUITLY GEEE-ORGEOUS day, here in Carlsbad, California! Talking a break, I am in mid session, at the gym. As my latest photos will attest, my muscle mass has endured some SERIOUSLY EMBARRASSING wasting. While yesterday's Naval Biometrics show my Body Fat down to 11.4%, it also showed that, at 172.7 lbs, I'm still down 13 lbs in lean muscle mass. Arms alone, are down to a pathetic 14" (cold measurement), not bad of your a skinny teenager, but for someone who's worked very hard for the last 5+ years! With my body type and build, I should be in the 16" range. Perfect symmetry dictates that your upper arms should equal your neck size. SO, lots and lots of work to do. Being restricted to lifting 50% 3RM, building muscle is going to be a challenge. No worries. I just have to switch to my Hardgainer Modalities that I use with my Skinny Fat clients with Ectomorph body types. This restriction also means I have to strictly rely on Volume, Form (as ALWAYS!), and VERY IMPORTANTLY...good nutrition with the appropriate amounts of Protein, and HEALTHY Carbs and Fats, and very importantly, sleep. Studies have shown that it takes ~8 hours of deep sleep to achieve 2 hrs of REM. Deep sleep is when your muscles that have endured good Hypertrophy, repair themselves, giving you growth; and when REM is reached, the Testosterone Factory, or should I say FACTORIES
