I’m Restarting AGAIN!

Went to the grocery store & bought some fruit to lay snack on when I get those once in a while cravings.
My plan was to get up & workout early this morning but I’m just now completing @ 3:30 in the afternoon lol. For some reason I was a little nervous to start my workouts today. Maybe it’s the added pressure to stay consistent that has me a shook a little bit.
I’ve been following a fitness/wellness guru that goes by the name of “Brix Fitness”. Y’all. He speaks my situation to the tea. It’s so crazy to see someone that has/continues to go through those down periods where I’m just not “feeling it” but still continues to go through their journey & grow.
My goal is to finish out the year of 2018 STRONG. I’ve transformed my body before, now I want to take it to the next level!
I’m just going to continue to roll w the punches no matter what & just remain focused on my ending goal of feeling great!

I’m starting again also. Wish i had just stayed in track but hopefully i will stick with it this time because starting over is not fun!0

I'm also starting over, I had a baby 2 months ago and I'm trying to get my body back, but I feel that is more difficult now because I'm breast feeding and I feel so, so hungry all the time.2
