You need to set your dairy to public if you want people to look at it.0

It looks like your diary is private?0

look slike ur not eating enough. If you eat below 1200 your metabolism slows down and your body goes into starvation mode.0

I don't fancy myself an expert, but it looks like you should be eating a bit more.. especially on workout days.
also, and I hate to say this...
But if you have a pretty good workout routine as well.
Perhaps your body is happy at 130.0 -
I'd say by looking that you need to eat more fruits and veges. You should have at least 2 fruits and 3 veges per day. Are you drinking water? You need at least 8 - 8oz glasses per day. Water is a must. I think too...that on some days..you're not eating enought. Hope this helps.0

everyone keeps telling me i need to eat more but i have two problems with this idea. ONE: if i am not hungry i do not want to just eat to consume more calories and TWO: i am scared that because i have been eating and exercising this way for so long that my body is used to it and if i start to eat more i am going to GAIN weight instead of losing it0

I do agree more vegies. Also You may want to play with the time you eat. My body likes the big meal early then smaller meals the later the day goes by. I also can not eat after 7 or I don't loose.0

What weight did you start at? Why 120? You really should be eating more especially on workout days.
I think if you got more "clean" foods.. fruits and veggies, you wouldn't gain.
My diet isn't always great either, it's something I constantly work on(and I think it's harder to work on for those w/o as much to lose) And there are days I struggle with eating all my calories(especially workout days) there are days I feel guilty for going over even if I ate very very well all day.0 -
i started at 150 but i lost the 20lbs before i started MFP by just working out. i started MFP at 130lbs in january. I dropped down to 125lbs in four months but then i went back to 130lbs. now i am just stuck here. does it really matter what foods i eat as long as i am within my calorie goal?0

I also agree that it looks like you have to eat more to ensure that your body is metabolizing at the appropriate rate. Maybe changing up some of the things you are eating. Do you like fish or shrimp? If so, try adding some fish dishes to your routine. If you grill, bake or steam without any added oils/butter than most fish fillets tend to be low in calorie and pretty filling. Since it also looks like you eat snacks throughout the day, maybe cutting down on snacks so you can be more hungry for the regular meals. Or switching up the snacks to fruits and veggies. I also noticed you snack on peanut butter, one of my favorites. Not sure if you live in an area where there are Trader Joes markets but they carry an item called "Better 'n Peanut Butter" which although it's made from real peanuts, they have somehow taken out half the fat and reduced the calories to about half the usual amount in most peanut butters and it still tastes good. Best of luck to you!0
