Depends on water quality and the water treatment system in your locale. LaCroix is low abrasive, doesn't take the enamel off your teeth like colas do. I like it. My favorite flavors are passionfruit, mango and apricot. The citrus flavors seem too have too much citric acid for my gut on a daily basis. I can go through 3 cases in a few days. I mix it half and half with kombucha, tastes great. Stretches out the booch as that costs anywhere from 3-4 bucks a pop. Coconut is good, too.

If you’re talking about hydration, then yes, it’s water

It’s just water with (carbon dioxide) bubbles in it.

    Warning: may cause burping.

It also doesn't quench my thirst for some reason.

It tickles your tongue, therefore superior.

Yep, it's as good as regular water... But it may make you burp a bit!

I actually prefer carbonated water, as it kills any cravings I'm having for cola!
