Ham & Cheese Puff Pie

8 ozs turkey ham, cooked and cubed 3 ozs reduced fat Swiss cheese, shredded
10 ozs frozen spinach, squeezed dry 3/4 cup fat-free milk
1/2 cup onions, chopped 1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 cup egg whites, slightly beaten 1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup unbleached flour 1/8 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 425. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine ham, spinach, and onions. Spread mixture evenly into prepared dish. In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, flour, cheese, milk, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Pour over ham mixture in dish. Bake for 35 minutes or until puffed and browned.
