I was just doing a comparison this morning and damn! Lol! Some days I feel like I still look the same on the left. I know that is crazy but I still see my old self at times when I look in the mirror. The comparison pics help me see the difference.

Left side: 245 lbs, size 22. I wasn’t completely unhappy but I wasn’t comfortable and had extreme anxiety.
Right side: 145 lbs, size 5/6. I am healthier, happier, and my anxiety is almost nonexistent.
Running, strength training, and healthy eating helped me get to where I am today. #girlgettingfit #healthierhappierme #runnergirl #bodybyrunning #gettingstronger
