Keto WOE with IF 16/8

Hi, everyone. I started Keto along with IF 11 days ago. I would love to add some Keto "friends" (and any other friends). I would like to be able to see what everyone else is eating daily. Thank you!!

    Hey! My fiancé and I are also on the keto diet. We are on day 6 :) I bought the sticks to measure ketones. It says I’m in ketosis and he is not ( even though we are roughly eating the same thing so.. weird). What has been your favorite meal so far?
    Tonight we had green squash on the stove and baked ribs

    I am also on keto and doing IF most days. Yesterday I slipped a little going out to dinner with my husband, but was still considered low carb. Most days, I stay below 30 NET. Feel free to add me :)

    Can any of you guys give me any ideas on the basic foods of the Ketone diet please?

    My diet consists of mostly the following:

    red meat - steak, ground, cubed, pretty much any way
    chicken - legs and thighs, dark meat
    breakfast meat - sausage, bacon, ham, etc.
    leafy green veggies like spinach and kale
    other low carb veggies like mushrooms, peppers, asparagus
    eggs
    cooking fats - bacon fat, tallow, evoo, avocado oil, coconut oil
    goat or sheep dairy products (in limited amounts)
    nuts - almonds, walnuts, cashews
    seeds - flax, sunflower, pepitas

    My diary is open, feel free to take a look.

    ETA: because I forgot stuff LOL

    Seafood - my favorites are Salmon, Tuna, Shrimp, Crab, and Bluefish, but really, any seafood is great

    Also, condiments. I use either Primal Kitchens Mayo or make my own, mustard, Coconut Aminos, Hot Sauce, and pickles! Because who doesn't love pickles? :)
