Hey everyone!!!

Like my profile says, I'm just trying to be better today than i was yesterday. I joined bodybuilding.com's challenge Jan 15th 2018 with the intent of making a lifestyle change. I joined the Army straight out of high school and was pretty fit during that time. Life just happened and I let my self go. I am thoroughly enjoying this new lifestyle and hope to continue it for the rest of my days. I am a weekly meal prepper and I do all workouts at home. HIIT at 4:30am and weights when I get home from work (unless I'm traveling for work). I have lost 30+ Lbs and 27 inches from Jan 15 2018 to today (6/7/18).
