Hey, I also have been on a Keto diet. While I am very interested in loosing 25 pounds I have only moved around about 3 pounds in a month and a half. I am Keyto adapted. Were you caring around lots of extra weight? I probably will go back to a traditional diet since this one doesn't really effect my weight. I'm just interested since Keyto has such great promise for some. I think that I might be in good shape as it is so it is going to be much more difficult for me to drop this kind of weight and getting most calories from fat probably has no added benefit for me. Any ideas?

Just remember, while Keto is great for some, calories are ultimately what determine gaining/losing weight. I have done Keto and loved it but I felt it too restrictive. If you are struggling losing weight on Keto, make sure you are weighing and measuring everything and accurately logging. With fat being 9 calories per gram (compared to 4 calories per gram for protein and carbs), it is easier to overdo it if you aren't tracking.
Wishing you all the best!1
