    I traveled for work this week and couldn't pass up food passed to me by my hosts...I need to get better at doing that.

    Was sooooo tough. Emotional evening with colleagues (in a bittersweet way) - wanted to eat all my feelings by the time I got home at 10pm....but I was good. Walked the dogs, made my lunch for today and went to bed. o:)

    Spent yesterday in bed AGAIN this time with a cold. Forgot about my resolve not to eat after "dinner". Ate nothing but fruit and cookies yesterday. Doing a hard reset today. No matter if I feel crummy, eating like that makes me feel worse, not better.

    June 11, 2018 - starting date

    I have allowed myself a 200 calorie evening snack. Something healthy would be nice, but at least in moderation. Portion control is everything! No excessive Junk Food!
