Has anyone else received a friend request from this guy? He has different names every time he sends a request. The requests are always on the same day that he joins & it's always the same pic. Post a pic of ur catfish. Or tell us ur catfish story.

    Hi-larious but this is why I don't read my emails. It's common to find one person with many monikers on almost every forum. If you pay attention to semantics you can easily figure it out ie. Shouty-guy. Sometimes, they're soooo good at it, it may take a couple of years to figure out that you've been duped. But there are some things you just can't change like your core personality. It always comes shining through. It takes a lorra lorra work to keep all of those monikers juggling in the cloud. B)

    I love burpees.....on any given summer day you may find me at a park or football field doing 100 yard burpee sprints. It's just jumping forward on every rep......750 Burpees is not uncommon for any one session.

    I actually love burpees. I once did 30 minutes of dynamic burpees straight. Felt so good

    I don't know what I did to get one but when I figure it out, I'll let you know. Or I can just pm him & tell him you'd like a request from him.
