Am I the only one, or do other people obsessively plan their "cheat days?" :D:D:D

not obsessively, but I do plan them out when I am actually making an attempt to not suck at this :)

I dont have cheat days I eat what I like and make it fit into my calories,if I go over a bit I get back on track the next day. otherwise I would derail myself but thats me

I do refeeds or higher calorie/carb days. But I don't really plan them. Usually happens on weekends.

Cheat days set you up to fail in my opinion. A cheat meal would be more appropriate... But hey, what do I know?

I try not to have cheats (anymore). It just sets up a bad cycle of dumb choices and unnecessary emotions.

I dieted 5 years ago. One cheat day a month was working perfect for me. Then one day, the cheat day turned into 5 cheat years....lol

I plan a cheat meal and always on Friday which is my longest run day so it balances and I feel less guilty.

the reason I dont have cheat days is because one day can wipe out a deficit, its that easy to do. I have a hard enough time losing weight when I try lol
