Newbie to the boards. I’ve been faithfully tracking my calories for the last week, I am also a weight watchers lifetime member and I started tracking calories to make sure I was eating enough and funny thing is I wasn’t. I like that the app synchs with my Fitbit (took a while to get it to work correctly).

    Hi, I'm also a WW lifetime member. You definitely have to eat your fruit and the other zero points foods to get the calories up but that's a good thing. I've been on mfp forever but I found WW really was the key for me, accountability was essential and I wasn't getting that here. You are welcome to add me : )
