 Was sooooo tough. Emotional evening with colleagues (in a bittersweet way) - wanted to eat all my feelings by the time I got home at 10pm....but I was good. Walked the dogs, made my lunch for today and went to bed. 3 3

 Spent yesterday in bed AGAIN this time with a cold. Forgot about my resolve not to eat after "dinner". Ate nothing but fruit and cookies yesterday. Doing a hard reset today. No matter if I feel crummy, eating like that makes me feel worse, not better.2

 This challenge got me out of a bad mindset yesterday. The day became a throw away day - just eat whatever I wanted... then 8pm rolled around and I put the brakes on in order to avoid breaking my LNS streak! So while the total day wasn’t a win, the fact that I broke the mindset before doing too much damage was definitely a win. Thanks for the accountability, all!6

            June 11, 2018 - starting date
 I have allowed myself a 200 calorie evening snack. Something healthy would be nice, but at least in moderation. Portion control is everything! No excessive Junk Food!
