The photo attached is my fitness goal. I am vegan and I could use any recommendations on a meal plan if anyone can help me it would be GREATLY appreciated.

    Personally I don't eat for fitness. That's what exercise is for.

    I would recommend increasing fat and protein.

    What exactly are your goals? You just gave us some random calorie information. Regardless of your goals, I think your carb intake is way too high, cut it in half and double your fat/protein macros. That'll at least put you at the 40/30/30 ratios that are common.

    I agree, raise those fat and protein macros by a lot and look up meal plans using your Google.

    Post for "vegans with open diaries" or go search for such a thread. You can find what others have for meals/snacks.

    Eat the foods you like and hit your calorie goal. I agree with others that your fat and especially your protein is low if your goal is fitness.

    Otherwise I think for fitness goals, your workouts are really what's important.
