How much do you think Sir Paul weights in this photo? I'm the same height and I want to be as thin as this. I was at one time...

That's what I'm thinking too. I have to get down to that weight.

The internet says he weighs 150 lbs. I would have guessed around 155-165 for the photo.
If you were "thin like that" at one time do you not know how much you weighed then?
Just aim for somewhere in the healthy weight range for your height and maintain when you are happy.

When I was that weight everyone said I was too skinny. Perhaps I should just aim between 165lbs to 170lbs.

    But why?
I actually think he looks frail

    agreed.

my first thought was: I wonder how much he can benchpress?

I think you guys are right on. 150-165.

    I’m 5’8 155. I don’t look that frail. He’s supposedly 5’11.

Not even close. Think he's closer to Sting and Hugh Grant. They're taller than Rod Stewart. They're closer to 5ft 6. All are shorter than Billy Idol. We were within 3ft from them all at different times in NYC and LA.

He does look frail, if you're coming from a muscle conditioning standpoint.

Google showed 5’11. Maybe I’m taller on the internet too!

    Some call it gentrification numbers.
