Just started - would like to have more inspirational friends to exchange progress and tips with!
I'm contemplating transitioning to a mostly vegetarian diet, and juggle a busy lifestyle with work and part-time grad school.
This leads me to be on the lookout for quick, nutritious meals which I can easily make with stuff that's around anyway.0 -

I could always use a friend that's on the journey with me. I'm really good about tracking, but you'll notice, healthy food is really delicious so portion control is a real thing for me. I'm doing YMCA 8-week bootcamp, so the effort is there (again, food portion control, plate size doesn't matter, smaller blah blah blah doesn't matter, this struggle is real). I have victories I'll share; I also have epic failures (like the Greek Festival last week, LOTS of healthy choices, LOTS!!). I'll share them and encourage you. I give great cyber hugs and cheers, so that's me, too. Talk to you soon!

I want new friends.
But I'm not a Molly coddler, I won't praise people for BS like a streak of days, or preach pure positivity because I don't believe in that, also if you need likes and attention, or easily offended I'm not your guy.
BUT..... I do believe in kick *kitten* mindsets, honesty, I support people during the lows, and nod in admiration when they reach the highs
I want MyFitnessCHAMPS on my list, I'm a straight talker, I've had my lows, I talk about them, my goal is to help them, but the generic "you got this" isn't my thing. I approach things differently.
