I've been pouring nutrition into my body, and meal prepping since Dec 29, 2017.

Ready to introduce walking/jogging into my daily routine.

    I wanna walk. I am in. I go to the cemetery by work on lunch hour.It is quiet and shady. U have inspired me to get out and walk. Today 5 mins at least.Promise

    Great job on the weight loss! Walking is definitely my preferred exercise
