Any calorie busting ideas out there???

I usually shed pounds by eating a ton of spinach. I know, I'm not Popeye! lol Seriously though, are there any other suggestions or meal ideas that are tasty but low in calories?

    I found that I really shed the pounds consistently with lots of fiber in my diet.. like at least double what MFP requires. I switched out all white carbs for brown ones too. It keeps my blood sugar stable, so I don't get hungry as often, and because it's slow release carbs, they don't get stored like white ones do.

    I eat lots of meats, fruits and veggies. All kinds.
  • Watermelon and broccoli are always on the menu when I loose:)
  • Lots of cauliflower, broccoli, and spinach - steam and ad flavors such as oyster sauce, lemon juice, and chilling flakes. Dilute with some hot water to make it soupy - very filling and yummy
