I EARNED THAT STREAK last night! At 8:50pm, my husband requested that we drive to the local ice cream parlor... I even asked out loud if I should break my LNS streak and my husband said “you earned a break”. So, we drove there and I got up to the order window just as willpower kicked in - and said “none for me, thanks”.... that was difficult!4 -

I have allowed myself a 200 calorie evening snack. Something healthy would be nice, but at least in moderation. Portion control is everything! No excessive Junk Food!

This is such a great idea! I typically do well during the day then have an evening beer with the hubby which starts the snack engine and next thing i know i've had two bowls of chips or whatever!! Time to stop with the evening beer(s) (for the most part) and get on track!
