I started MFP profile back in Nov. 2010, but didn't really do much with it. I have really started getting into it in the past couple of months. I have noticed a huge difference in the way I think about food and exercise now. I am doing the Couch to 5k program along with this. All I can think about is my next run. I have really enjoyed it. Never thought I would be a runner. I am also very calorie conscious as well. Since I got really serious about it in June, I have lost 15 lbs. Still a long ways to go, but I will get there. :smile:

  • Thanks everyone. Mistyb, have you tried Couch to 5k? It's a really good program. A good place to get some music is jog.fm.
