I’ve been at this for awhile mfp gives me 1200 calories to lose and maintain! At 1180 calories a day I was losing 1/2 pound a week I’ve since gone into maintenance and went up to 1300 calories a day and gained 6 pounds in 6 months can you help me adjust to the right calories

So here's the problem. Because you are very short, and you are trying to maintain the very lowest healthy weight for your height, and you don't mention any exercise, you have hardly any calories to work with. This means you have zero wiggle room and even the slightest inaccuracy could make your numbers not work out.
Just to be clear, anything under 94 lbs would be considered underweight. If you are currently at 95 lbs, I would strongly suggest you not try to lose weight, or at least consult your doctor before doing so. If you used to be 95 lbs and now you are 6 lbs higher, you are still at a perfectly healthy weight. But if you want to get back down to the bottom end of the range, you need to be super accurate - log everything, double check entries, use a food scale.
If you gained 1 lb per month, that's only an extra 125 cals per day, really easy to do if you aren't logging correctly.
I'd also suggest finding ways to work more activity into your day, at least when you're not on the job, so you don't have to cut it so close. Every little bit helps.
You might also want to consider committing to some kind of strength training program. Getting more fit can make far more difference on body shape and aesthetics than losing a couple of lbs, and then you wouldn't have to be so tied to a number on the scale.8 -

My girlfriend from the gym is also very petite like yourself. As mentioned above, you have very little wiggle room because of your size. Unfortunately you must be super accurate with your weighing and logging.
But if it where I , I would forget about weight loss for a while and begin to worry about body composition instead.
You could eat at a maintenance and begin a progressive lifting program. This way you could work on your physique without really being very worried about your scale weight. You may even want to eat at a little surplus to build some muscle.
Look into it and see if any of that may suite you. Just know that you may not need to lose any more weight. You might be happier working on your physique rather than trying to get thinner. It's definitely worth looking into though.
My friend from the gym was around your stats and wasn't ever happy with her body. She felt like she needed to lose more when in reality she just needed to add some muscle. Now she has a slim strong looking body with curves. Before she was rather frail looking with some loose skin issues. ( I have no idea what you look like and I'm not saying that you look frail, just explaining how she looked)
Now she's much happier with her body and not at all concerned with the scale. She doesn't even weigh herself anymore once she hit 110. She just goes by how she looks in the mirror instead.

The alternative to eat less is to move more - you wouldn't have to add much activity and/or exercise to reverse the 1lb a month upward drift if you want to maintain at your current weight and food intake.1
