I've lost 20 kilos and I can't see it....
I think we all have blinkers on... luckily those around us remind us how awesome we are!0 -
Just keep at it!.... It may take longer than you hoped, but one day you will get on the scale and say "hey! I did it!" Then for sure you will see it and so will everybody else!0

It's really hard to compare pictures in two totally diferent outfits. The black in your before picture was more "forgiving," which is probably why the change isn't as obvious. Maybe you should take a now picture, and make sure you wear the same thing for a "during" picture when you've lost another 10 kg, then I bet you'll be able to really see the difference!
Great job on the 10kg, and keep it up!0 -
Its all right. Sometimes it just takes us longer to see! Specially in the beginning... but the closer you get to your goal, the more visible every kg will be, trust me! Imagine the body is like a big paper roll - when you tear away a piece, it does not show much. But when you tear away the same piece of a smaller roll, you can see that a lot is missing! I hope this helps haha...0

You have too much clothes on in the first 2 pics Start to take pictures with clothes closer to you body like the 3rd one and then you will see the difference. There is definitely a difference on your face. Also measure yourself its a great thing to see those inches going down! Keep up the good work! 10 Kilos is a great accomplishment! Good luck!0

Okay, so this totally makes sense!! Thankyou!
I have searched high and low for that cardigan but I have absolutely no idea where it is!
I will keep the very (unforgiving) orange shirt for my next 10 kilos! Once again, thankyou Truly.0 -
At those angles in those outfits,,,,,it's hard to see. BUT I can see your face and neck have changed. Focus on other things for a while. The way your clothes fit and your measurements.
Keep up the good work! This didn't arrive over night and it doesn't leave overnight either.0 -

Congradulations on your weight loss! Just think of the health benefits that you have gained by losing. Weight loss is not abour vanity, but about good health. Keep it up.0

If u don't see it do you feel it? For me it is the small things - like not fitting my bath anymore, being able to run upstairs, look for the other things. Good luck and well done0
