I just walked 4km and normally struggle to do 2km. But I just decided I wanted to do it...i have blister but it was worth it to show myself that I'm stronger and more capable than I think.

    I had an A1C check this morning and am now officially OFF insulin. Three months ago my insulin dosage was dropped from 30 units a day to 10, now I am injection free!
