Just recently had foot surgery 3 months ago. wake up call 2 days before surgery a year ago I had knee surgery I've had neck surgery and I'm going to be 45. Time to motivate me I'm happily married have a wonderful family and great support system! I just need to feel good about myself and I want to be healthy and live a long time.
