Hello!

My name is Andy and I am a Northern California Lesbian! Whoo! I've always wanted to get thinner but I finally started counting calories and exercising when I set up a tattoo appointment for my back piece - the idea of taking my shirt off in front of a stranger finally pushed me into it. My goal is 150 lbs, which, at 5'7", will put me just in the upper range of a normal BMI. Started at 205. I like chocolate-y coffee drinks, not eating veggies ( :# ), and my pup Havok. I just started playing tennis to get more exercise and I love it!

    Pay as you go. I'm not about to tell you to give up something that you really enjoy. Track every drink, dial in your data points and stats. Tennis is a great decision, too.

    oh for sure! and I'm working on ways to cut back on the calories in the drinks, substituting protein shakes with coffee in them and whatnot. God, I need so much caffeine right now, with all this new exercise I am exhausted
