Hi, I am new here, only joined last night. Is there any way to keep track of sleep patterns on here?
Thanks

You could also just write it as a "note" in your food diary. Although custom graphs are fun too. :)

If you have an activity tracker connected that tracks sleep it will do so automatically. If not, you can create a custom measurement graph (must be done on the website but it can be update by either web or app) to log how many hours you slept.

Three members of my family wear Fitbit Charge 2 trackers. They track sleep. Our main problem is how depressing our sleep numbers tend to be. :p

Since it's now a couple models ago, you can find them fairly inexpensively on eBay, Craigslist etc. I don't really want a newer one, the Charge 2 gives me more than I need.

I have a Garmin Vivosmart. It does track sleep, but I have to go in and edit the entries. If I am watching TV at bedtime it thinks I am sleeping and in the morning after my alarm rings when I am 'adjusting' before getting out of bed it thinks I am still sleeping. It is interesting that it shows deep and light sleep and sometimes when I've had a bad night's sleep I can look at those and they are up down up down up down. I have never taken a nap in the middle of the day, so I don't know if it reflects that.
