That is my ideal macro breakdown as a runner. Out of curiosity, what is yours? I am not looking to lose weight.

Protein way too low IMOP, and I am not a runner nor I need to lose weight.

Protein is way to low in my opinion and I am not a runner nor I need to lose weight either. Mine breakdown is: 35% C and F and 30% P. I think. I will be back to correct it if needed.

    I'm usually around 40c-30f-30p.
I am wondering why you picked such a low protein goal or if it was a typo ?

Don't we need to know how many calories she consumes per day? If a 150 lb woman, who runs a lot of miles, eats 3000 calories a day then she would need around 120g of protein to meet that 15% target. Seems doable to me. And that's going by the 2g protein per kg of body weight formula. Is that what the consensus agrees on these days or even less?

I’m a 35mpw runner, at 5’4”, 125lbs. Protein sits in my stomach and makes me feel awful. Calories are generally in the 2500 range, 2800 on Fridays for my distance run.
