Having one of those days

Yesterday I came home from work, was tired, but still made dinner, went for a jog/walk, cleaned the kitchen and stayed under my calories, eating well.
Today, I had planned to do similar, run a couple errands, go to the gym, make dinner and relax. Once I got home I was down, feeling really ill. There was no chance of me going to the gym and I'll be over my calories because I've been so sedentary.
It's difficult to continue to feel motivated when you get sidelined like that.

It's okay. We all have bad days like that. Don't beat yourself up over it. It happens to all of us! Get back on the horse tomorrow and don't stress over it. In the grand scheme of things one day won't make or break you.1
