Hey everybody, my name is Robyn English-Taylor. I am an Army Veteran and am looking to lose this excess weight I have accumulated over the last 6-8 years. I have a 6 month goal of losing at least 30 lbs. Right now I am 5'6" 231lbs. I have 23% Hip Dysplasia in my right hip which makes it difficult for me to lose weight. I walk every day and I am mostly active throughout my 10 hour shifts. I am eating healthy and have quit drinking Sodas, Energy Drinks, and cut back on junk food a lot since the start of May of this year. I am looking forward to this journey to a healthier and happier me.

Hi! I'm an Army veteran, too...but it's been 25 years for me! I had major surgery about 6 months ago and am just getting back in shape. I still prefer pushups to the gym and weights lol

Sounds like you're on track for success. You've certainly preservered through more adverse situations...just keep on going and never quit.
