6 years later

6 years ago I found success on using MFP and lost 70+ pounds. Somehow it all crept back on and here I am right back at my heaviest.

I know it can work. I did it before. Starting over again before I’m even heavier!

Most of the friends I had then are not active any more. I need support and interaction on here. Please add me if you like to interact and are social on MFP. I’m looking for more than clicking “like.”
