???
I am a Union iron worker and after getting injured 3 times, I almost quit going to the gym something I've been doing for the last 13 years. I was walking in the park and realized I was too attacted the weights and numbers on the bar rather than my health. I found a program in which I did not have too squat, bench and deadlift which enabled me to let go of my ego.
