Coffee???

Yes I like 2 know if its OK to drink my 2 cups off coffee before I Workout? Yes I gots 2 have it every morning 2 start my day.....if not I'm so Moody!! LOL yes I wait an hour before I workout so I think its OK. So is it?????

    It is pretty tame. While in an ideal world it would be great to abstain from any chemical or drug in your system it is not realistic. If Coffee is your big vice I think your doing A-OK :)

    Sure, you are fine. Some athletes incorporate caffeine into their training nutrition. I typically wait until I finish my morning run before I have my coffee, but that's just me. If I have it before, then I risk a bathroom emergency ;) I have friends who wouldn't dream of going out for their morning run without having their coffee first.

    I know lots of weight lifters who drink coffee instead of taking a pre workout supplement before their workout so it gives them a boost when they are lifting.

    I will never give up my 2 cups of coffee a day. I want to try to give up the sugar I put in it though!
