Like it says, looking for more friends for accountability and support. When i get those likes or comments it's a positive motivator, and i can send it back to you!

I've been logging (still kind of inaccurately but I'm learning!) for 20 days and this is my 7th week at 9Round. My goal is strength and health with a side effect of weight loss but for a number goal i started with about 87lbs to lose town to 160 from 247. I'm down 16 give or take water weight and I'm all in on lifestyle change!

I also plan to start blogging recipes that i make that i find online it in cookbooks. (Focusing on healthy, whole food for the most part)
