Tips on how to get past a plateau???

I keep sitting around 12 to 14 pounds left to lose. I had my baby 6 weeks ago. I have a few physical issues so working out isn't an option other than walking for now.

    You're six weeks postpartum. Give yourself time to continue recovering from the birth before you focus on weight loss.

    You had a baby 6 weeks ago? You are not in a plateau, your body is still healing from GROWING AND BIRTHING A PERSON! Relax and enjoy your brand new baby for a few months before worrying about a few extra pounds.
