Hiya! My name is Michele. I clocked in at 275lbs 2 weeks ago and then started my crossfit on ramp program.
I previously did crossfit in 2017 for 4 months and lost a ton of body fat, weight and gained muscle and self confidence, but stopped due to injury and illness. A tough fight with depression and 75 lbs later I have hypertension and found I have hypothyroidism (hence the crazy weight gain in 12 months time).
My goal is to get back to that lean, mean crossfit body I achieved last year. Yes, my goal of 200lbs for a woman that is 5'7" does not seem low enough, but I'm focused on lowering my body fat and gaining muscle.

I don't know anything about crossfit at all but I keep seeing people saying they got injured doing it! I hope you'll be ok. Good luck!0
