Hi everyone, I'm on my third try of losing weight. I did manage to lose 3 stone here in conjunction with slimming world. Unfortunately due to mental health issues which resulted in hospitalization it and more has gone back on. I am on week 2 of logging and 10lbs down. I'm looking for people who will support and encourage me when I don't do so well and celebrate my successes. In return I will do the same for you.

    Good luck. Try to change the habit instead of just being on a diet, you want to make it stick otherwise you will be back for the fourth, fifth, sixth time! You can do it!!

    Read "thin women's brain", it's essentially CBT and I really liked it!
