Keep me on Track?

I have an obtainable goal of losing 8 pounds by the end of this year (MFP says it should take way less than that). My body has a good bit of muscle so it will be slightly difficult but I think by watching calories/diet and doing cardio/strength, I can do it.

Need someone to yell at me to keep going. Thx!

    Hi! I have about 15lbs to lose and want to do so in 3 months or less. But my main goal is to drop my bodyfat% to 16% and I'm just getting back to tracking and working out today so that may take longer. I try to stick to a keto diet and do beach body (T25 & Insanity) or running. Let me know if you want help with accountability.

    It doesn't take motivation to "stay on track". It takes discipline. Besides, I think I would become quite frustrated and resentful if I relied on someone "yelling" at me to do what I know I should be doing if I want to get the results I desire.
