Hey all I’m new here but I’m counting my calories from last 1month and already lost 14lbs & I’m walking around 10K steps daily.I need to shed some more lbs so anyone in the same boat as me,feel free to add me :)

    That's awesome - I wish I lost 14lb in a month. Heck, I wish I lost 2lb last month!

    Ramadan just ended and I was fasting for 16hours daily in that month so walking along with eating really less &healthy helped me.I wanna loose 20lbs more.I’m hoping with in 2months I can attain my goals.
    What are you doing to loose weight?

    I eat 1400 calories daily and walk for 10K steps.So anyone with similar interests is most welcome to add me :)
