    I have allowed myself a 200 calorie evening snack. Something healthy would be nice, but at least in moderation. Portion control is everything! No excessive Junk Food!

    I am happy but I can't claim the credit for the last 2 victories. I was travelling yesterday and didn't get back until 12 which kept me away from the snacks and now today I feel ill so I don't want to eat anything. Not complaining though any help is good lol

    I prepped breakfast - yummy protein muffins. While I did do well with not eating a single muffin, I did happen to enjoy the remains of the batter in the bowl. Even though it’s not many calories, it counts as LNS.

    Forgot to update this yesterday, and last night the snack demon got me in the form of a pizza pocket. Took me over my calorie target. The lesson here is not to eat dinner too early, I think.
